The finishing touch to this elegant family room is found in the beautiful silk fabric! In making them, I also used a good quality lining and inner lining. This makes the way they hang look full and luxurious! I enjoy working with silk fabrics, not only for the finished look they bring but the feel of the fabric is wonderful when sewing! This client moved and took the curtains with her and we just hung them again......each time with a unique look! If you find something you really love in a fabric, don't be afraid to splurge....you can take them with you as she did! Neat!
The dining room featured here is my own~these curtains I actually made for a client who moved and so we decided together that I would hang them in my dining room! One of those moments when work is rewarded in a beautiful way! One truly does not know what a day may bring.....so enjoy your day and look for moments when you can accept plans made by a loving Heavenly Father just for you.
